Service Instructions

You must be registered to receive all the services of the Website.

• To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. If you do not have an account, you must register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
• The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk. You need it to know the latest status and track the history of applications.
• After selecting the desired Zone and agreeing with its rules, the application form for ecotourism residence license will be displayed.
• At this stage you should fill out the relevant form and submit the certificate of completion of the eco-lodge in question.
• After confirming the entered information, click the confirm and register button.
• The information shall be referred to the tourism experts of the organization for examination, and the experts will inspect the premises and register their report. At this stage, if there are any errors in the request or deficiencies at the project site, the project will be returned to you for corrections. Otherwise you will be asked to upload additional information and documents.
• Additional documents and information will be reviewed and, if approved, your request will be forwarded to the deputy of tourism for further inquiries. After reviewing the inquiries, if corrections are needed, the request will be returned to you to fix the defects.
• After the final confirmation of the inquiries, the temporary exploitation license of the eco-lodge will be issued for a period of six months, and its electronic version will be visible in the system.
