Service Instructions

You must be registered to receive all the services of the website.

•  To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. In case you do not have an account, you must register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
•  The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk. You need it to know the latest status and track the history of applications.
•  In the new page, enter the second Code that you received in person, by presenting your National Card, from the Customs of your Zone (Free Zone).
•  From the menu on the right, select the "Free Zone Tele-Detection (Note 2)" option.
•  On the page for selecting the payment type, enter the import serial number (Cottage received from the declaration of import of goods to the mainland), select your payment type and click the "Continue" button.
•  The Customs declaration related to your order will be displayed. If you confirm the information, enter the security code and click the button for save and receipt of serial reference number.
•  To start the Customs procedure, click the "Register" link in the cottage export section to submit your request. If the registration procedure is successful, you will see the message "Declaration successfully completed".
•  Your application is registered and the supportive exemption is automatically applied to the customs tariff.
•  You can view the progress of your import application using the "View Statement Status" tab.
•  After payment of the application fee (in the form of a guarantee or cash and in accordance with the method selected in the first step), a confirmation will be sent to the Customs by the Zone organization.
