You must be registered to receive all the services of the Website.
- To request this service, click the "Start" button at the top of the page. If you do not have an account, you must register and if you have already registered, log in to your account.
- The "Start" button automatically adds this service to your service desk. You need it to know the latest status and track the history of applications.
- At this stage, select the license of previous event and after confirming the rules, you will be transferred to the next step.
- Write the text of your request and upload the confirmation letter of the hall.
- After confirming the entered information, click the confirm and register button.
- The information will be referred to the Zone cultural and artistic deputy, for examination, and if the application needs to be modified, the file will be returned to you for correction/s.
- After confirming the information, at this stage, you can proceed to pay the event license extension fee.
- • After paying the fee, the event license will be extended and its electronic version will be available in the system.
